깊은 적동색이 잔 안에서 묵직하게 빛난다. 달모어가 무려 40년을 보낸 뒤 마투살렘 올로로소와 그라함 포트 콜레이타 캐스크가 더해지며 짙은 오렌지와 다크 초콜릿, 말린 과일의 향을 진하게 드러낸다. 42도의 부드러운 도수가 혀에 닿으면 흑설탕과 커피, 가죽의 풍미가 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 반세기에 가까운 숙성과 셰리의 깊은 단맛이 겹겹이 어우러지고, 초콜릿과 향신료의 여운이 길고 우아하게 남는다.
