향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
짙은 적갈색이 잔 안에서 윤기롭게 빛난다. 마투살렘 올로로소 셰리로 마무리한 달모어 21년은 증류소 특유의 묵직한 결대로 잘 익은 오렌지와 건포도, 다크 초콜릿의 향을 진하게 풀어놓는다. 43.8도의 절제된 도수가 입안에서는 마멀레이드와 무화과, 따뜻한 향신료로 두껍게 흐른다. 올로로소가 더한 진한 단맛과 커피 같은 여운이 깊게 머물며 달모어의 기품을 길게 드러낸다.
