향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 올트모어 특유의 깨끗한 과일 향과 셰리 버트의 건포도, 가벼운 견과류가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 16년을 보낸 만큼 향은 산뜻하면서도 또렷하게 발전한다. 팰럿은 말린 과일과 보리 엿, 꿀이 57.9도의 강건한 골격 위에 전개된다. 스페이사이드답게 깔끔한 몰트와 셰리의 균형이 또렷이 드러난다. 피니시는 셰리와 가벼운 오크의 여운이 길게 이어진다.

Also pipe tobacco – and a lot – and soy sauce. Within this specific style it’s quite perfect
