세컨드필 칼바도스 브랜디 캐스크에서 마무리를 거친 흔적이 깔끔하기로 이름난 올트모어에 사과 브랜디의 결을 더했다. 코에는 잘 익은 사과와 배, 옅은 시나몬이 산뜻하게 솟는다. 46도의 도수를 타고 입에서는 구운 사과와 꿀, 가벼운 향신료가 매끄럽게 번진다. 옅은 금빛과 함께, 칼바도스가 남긴 과수원의 단맛이 길고 깔끔한 여운으로 닫힌다.
