향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 글렌모렌지 1987의 13년 버번 캐스크에 포트 파이프 피니시가 더해진 잘 익은 베리와 가벼운 가죽, 마른 자두 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 시간이 지나면 향신료와 꿀이 발전한다. 팰럿에서는 57.2도의 강도가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르며 검은 체리, 다크 초콜릿, 정향이 명확하게 드러난다. 피니시는 길게 이어지며 가벼운 후추와 마른 오크 탄닌으로 마무리된다. 13년 포트 피니시의 구조감이 단단한 보틀링이다.

powerful and youthful, starting on caramel, cooked butter and vanilla. It’s soon to get very grassy, vase water, hay. Whiffs of peat and rubber – the latter growing stronger and stronger. It gets very farmy at the same time, and then develops on lavender perfume, before it goes back to cooked butter and stays there. Nice, and much more complex than expected!
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
a very sweet, yet powerful attack, but it’s soon to get spirity, malty and grassy again, with lots of liquorice and cold infused tealeaves. Violet sweets, toffee, liquorice stick, cold strong coffee. Perhaps it lacks some complexity now, but I guess that isn’t the main purpose of a 10 yo malt bottled at 100 (UK) proof. The finish is long and bold, getting a little too bitter. I still like this now discontinued malt, hence my very good rating: 85 points . Glenmorangie ‘Traditional’ (57.2%, OB, circa 2004)
