프리미에 그랑 크뤼 소테른 캐스크에서 마무리된 시간이 글렌모렌지 1981에 화사한 단맛을 입혔다. 잘 익은 살구와 꿀, 백포도의 향긋한 단내가 코끝에서 우아하게 피어오른다. 입에서는 46도의 부드러움 속에 소테른 특유의 꿀 같은 단맛과 바닐라, 시트러스가 어우러진다. 옅은 황금빛 잔에 담긴 이 위스키의 여운은 달콤한 과실과 가벼운 오크로 길게 이어진다.
