향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
밝은 호박빛이 잔 속에서 화사하게 어린다. 셰리 캐스크로 마무리한 글렌모렌지 라산타답게 잘 익은 키위와 구운 사과, 와인의 상큼한 과일 향이 산뜻하면서도 깨끗하게 피어오른다. 뒤이어 오렌지 껍질과 옅은 계피의 향이 조용히 얹힌다. 43도의 부드러운 도수 위로 버터스카치와 바닐라 퍼지, 캐러멜의 달콤함이 균형 있게 혀를 감싸고, 잘 익은 붉은 과일의 단맛이 뒤따른다. 2020년 병입된 이 하이랜드 12년은 셰리 우드가 더한 생기 있는 단맛이 인상적이며, 럼과 건포도의 여운이 제법 길게 이어진다.

very sherried, winey, but neither bold, nor ‘creamy’. Quite fragrant and fruity (ripe kiwi, cooked apple). Gets more and more winey, yet it stays quite fresh and rather clean. A lively malt!

very nice and youthful! Lots of sherry, butterscotch, vanilla fudge, caramel. And a very nice balance at that… Rather long finish, on rum and raisins.
