향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 빛에 비추면 글렌모렌지의 옅은 금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 가볍게 흘러내린다. 코끝에 가져가면 하이랜드 특유의 잘 익은 복숭아와 바닐라, 들꽃 향이 산뜻하게 피어오른다. 40도의 한 모금을 입에 굴리면 10년 숙성이 다듬은 시트러스와 꿀, 옅은 보리 단맛이 부드럽게 혀를 감싼다. 천천히 삼키면 깨끗한 과일 풍미와 가벼운 향신료가 입천장에 깔끔하게 머문다. 잔을 비운 뒤에도 바닐라의 온기가 따라온다.

frankly, you could have this neat. It's fresh, pleasant, malty, with rather a lot of vanilla and maple syrup (some heavy charring I suppose), tinned sweet maize, orange blossom, nougat, traditional cake… And our beloved panettone. This is liquid panettone!
