very special, on watercress and walnut skin, with some notes of Darjeeling tea. Very subtle and just superb. The mouth is rounded, sweet but nervous and complex. Some nice notes of ripe bananas, fructose, tropical fruits, getting quite smoky, spicy and gingery. This one is pure pleasure
