테이스팅 노트
셰리 캐스크와 버번 배럴을 함께 거친 15년이 아일랜드 미들턴의 이 레드브레스트에 풍성한 결을 새긴다. 코끝에는 잘 익은 자두와 보리, 향긋한 향신료가 선명하게 드러난다. 입에서는 팟 스틸 특유의 기름진 질감에 셰리의 단맛과 견과가 묵직하게 더해지고 46도의 도수가 매끄럽게 받친다. 짙은 호박빛 너머로 향신료와 말린 과일의 여운이 천천히 잦아든다.

this one really bursts with tropical fruits, both fresh and tinned at first nosing. Becomes grassier after a few seconds, with quite some fresh almonds and again these oily, slightly metallic touches. After a few seconds, more fresh pineapple and hints of mangos (not excessively ripe ones). Globally, this is rather fruitier yet a tad subtler than the Powers. Also a little coffee and butterscotch

smooth, rounder, very creamy, starting on jams and chutneys with, quite curiously, Indian spices, caraway, cumin... Rich, malty, very fruity. Ginger. The casks that were used were all first fill bourbon plus only one part virgin oak, probably one ore two casks. Long finish on more ginger and honey as well as maple syrup and oranges
