잔을 코끝으로 가져가면 글렌개리오크다운 꿀과 잘 익은 과일 향 사이로 옅은 흙내음 섞인 연기가 비친다. 잔을 흔들면 캐러멜과 오렌지, 보리향이 더 또렷해진다. 17년을 보낸 이 위스키를 한 모금 머금으면 50.4도의 술이 혀를 채우며 꿀과 향신료, 구운 사과가 번진다. 천천히 삼키면 묵직한 단맛과 옅은 스모크가 혀끝을 데우며 길게 따라온다.
