리필 버번 배럴에서 11년을 보낸 글렌 가리오크는 오크의 개입을 줄여 증류소의 날 선 캐릭터를 앞세운다. 향은 또렷한 사과와 머스터드, 해초에서 시작해 그을음과 피노 셰리의 마른 기운으로 발전한다. 입에서는 펌프질한 만사니야를 떠올리게 하는 바닷물과 레몬, 사과, 쓴 오렌지가 드러나고, 46도라는 도수가 정확히 균형을 잡는다. 여운은 한층 짭짤해져 바닷물과 레몬즙이 뒤섞인 듯하고, 옅은 황금빛 잔에 길게 남는다.
