향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 1979년 증류된 탈리스커의 후추 같은 스파이스와 해풍, 은은한 훈연 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 스카이 섬 몰트답게 짭조름한 미네랄과 오일리한 질감이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 46도의 균형 잡힌 질감으로 후추와 시트러스, 가벼운 스모크가 발전하며 구조감이 단단하다. 피니시는 특유의 화한 후추와 소금기가 길게 이어지며 1979 빈티지 보틀링의 균형이 또렷이 깃들어 있다.
