이 보틀링은 스카이섬 증류소 탈리스커의 1988 빈티지로, 노즈에서 후추 같은 피트 연기와 바다 소금, 잘 익은 배 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 팰럿은 46도에서 그을린 훈연과 시트러스, 백후추가 차례로 발전하며 짭짤한 미네랄이 중심을 잡는다. 11년 숙성이 골격을 단단하게 잡아 균형이 좋다. 피니시는 후추와 소금기가 또렷이 깃들어 길게 이어지는, 탈리스커 특유의 화산 같은 개성을 보여준다.
