리필 호그스헤드에서 20년을 보낸 숙성이 탈리스커 원액의 후추 같은 매콤함과 해안의 기운을 또렷이 살렸다. 코끝에는 바다 내음과 옅은 훈연, 잘 익은 배가 어우러진다. 57.2도의 한 모금은 그을린 보리와 흰 후추, 짭조름한 미네랄이 강하게 흐른다. 옅은 금빛의 이 SMWS 보틀링은 2009년 병입되었고, 끝맛에서 후추의 매콤함과 해풍의 짠맛이 길고 강렬하게 남는다.
