스카이 섬의 거센 파도와 후추 같은 바닷바람이 탈리스커의 본색을 처음부터 끝까지 관통한다. 잔에는 옅은 황금빛이 맑게 어린다. 리필 호그스헤드에서 6년을 보낸 향은 옅은 훈연과 후추, 바다 소금이 함께 인다. 입에서는 58.1도의 힘이 매콤한 향신료와 보리 단맛을 거칠게 밀어 올린다. 어린 숙성의 여운은 후추와 짠 미네랄이 또렷하게 길게 남는다.
