향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 탈리스커 특유의 후추 같은 향신료와 옅은 피트 연기, 바다 내음이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿에서는 리필 호그스헤드에서 6년을 보낸 원액답게 매콤한 후추와 그을린 단맛, 짭조름한 미네랄이 뚜렷이 이어지며 구조감이 강건하다. 59.7도의 높은 도수가 어린 원액을 단단히 받친다. 피니시는 후추와 옅은 스모크가 길게 남으며, 올드 몰트 캐스크 탈리스커의 거친 개성이 돋보인다.
