향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
맑은 황금빛이 잔 속에 잔잔히 빛난다. 리필 호그스헤드에서 8년을 보낸 스카이섬의 탈리스커답게 후추 같은 매운맛과 모닥불 연기, 바다 소금의 향이 또렷하게 솟는다. 한 모금에 50도의 힘이 그을음과 시트러스, 톡 쏘는 후추의 단맛으로 번진다. 섬 특유의 짭조름하고 매운 성격이 인상적이다. 연기와 소금기의 여운이 길게 남는다.
