향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 젖은 석탄과 시가 재, 그을음의 마른 미네랄 향이 먼저 두드러진다. 탈리스커 1993은 해안가 증류소 성격답게 15년 숙성 46도에서 단맛 없이 건조하게 뻗는 전나무 리큐어와 쌉쌀한 코코아를 명확하게 드러낸다. 팰럿에서는 쓴맛과 석탄, 비터 오렌지에 탈리스커 특유의 검은 후추와 소금기가 균형을 이룬다. 피니시는 시가 재와 바닷물의 짠맛이 길게 이어진다.
