깊은 호박빛이 잔에 어리는 이 탈리스커는 1977년 여왕 즉위 기념으로 병입된 희귀한 보틀링이다. 70도에 이르는 높은 도수에도 향에는 짭조름한 바다 내음과 잘 익은 과일, 옅은 후추 연기가 어우러져 솟아오른다. 한 모금이 강렬하게 다가오지만 물 한 방울에 꿀과 향신료의 단맛이 풀려 나오고, 탈리스커 특유의 화한 후추가 혀를 자극한다. 짠맛과 연기의 여운이 길게 머문다.
