테이스팅 노트
옅은 호박빛이 잔 안에 가볍게 비친다. 1970년 빈티지의 탈리스커가 16년을 보낸 후 53.1도로 병입된 이 고든 앤 맥페일 내추럴 캐스크 스트렝스 보틀링은 스카이 섬 증류소의 거친 활기를 그대로 안고 있다. 향에서는 짠 바닷바람과 가벼운 훈연, 잘 익은 사과가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입에 닿으면 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르는 짠 토탄과 후추, 옅은 가죽이 입천장을 덮는다. 53.1도의 도수가 또렷한 골격을 만든다. 오크와 시간이 함께 만들어 낸 결이 부드럽게 이어진다. 여운은 짠 토탄으로 길게 이어진다.
