스카이 섬 후드 해안의 거센 폭풍이 탈리스커 1957의 캐릭터를 처음부터 끝까지 관통한다. 33년을 보낸 고든앤맥페일 골든 이글 보틀링은 짙은 호박빛이 잔에 머문다. 향은 짠 가죽, 마른 해초, 후추, 트로피컬 과일의 옛 톤이 또렷이 드러난다. 51.1도 알코올은 묵직한 질감으로 흐르며 흑후추와 옅은 연기, 망고 사탕을 펼친다. 여운은 짠 미네랄과 후추가 길게 따라간다.
