버번 호그스헤드에서 7년을 보낸 원액이 스카이 섬 탈리스커의 어린 패기에 바닐라의 둥근 단맛을 더했다. 코에는 후추 같은 매캐함과 짭조름한 바닷바람, 잘 익은 배가 어우러진다. 46도의 도수를 타고 입에서는 훈연한 후추와 시트러스, 옅은 단맛이 또렷하게 번진다. 옅은 금빛과 함께, 탈리스커 특유의 화끈한 후추의 여운이 짭조름하게 길게 남는다.
