옅은 금빛이 잔 안에 맑게 비친다. 스카이 섬의 탈리스커가 리필 호그스헤드에서 11년을 보낸 올드 파티큘러 보틀링이다. 코에는 바닷가의 짠 내음과 후추, 옅은 모닥불 연기가 산뜻하게 피어오른다. 59.6도의 강한 입질에서는 검은 후추의 매운 기운과 시트러스, 바닐라가 힘차게 살아난다. 탈리스커 특유의 짭조름한 후추 향이 끝에서 바다 내음과 옅은 연기로 길게 이어진다.
