잔을 가볍게 흔들면 리필 호그스헤드에서 16년을 보낸 맑은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 흐른다. 코를 가까이 가져가면 스카이 섬의 바다 소금과 후추, 옅은 피트 연기가 또렷하게 솟아오른다. 한 모금을 머금으면 50도의 매끄러운 질감 위로 알싸한 후추와 시트러스, 짠맛이 번진다. 천천히 삼키면 탈리스커 특유의 화한 후추와 바다 여운이 깊게 배어 길게 따라온다.
