진한 호박빛이 잔 속에 깊게 잠긴다. 스카이 섬 탈리스커를 1980년부터 19년 숙성하고 셰리 버트에서 마무리한 이 보틀링은 코끝에 후추의 알싸함과 바다 내음, 말린 과일의 향을 겹쳐 올린다. 50도의 단단한 질감이 입을 채우며 흑설탕과 그을린 보리, 짭조름한 미네랄이 번진다. 여운에는 탈리스커 특유의 후추 같은 매운 온기와 셰리의 단맛이 길게 이어진다.
