테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 1974 빈티지 탈리스커 특유의 짙은 후추 노트와 짠 미네랄, 옅은 훈연이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 26년 숙성이 만든 정련된 결이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 팰럿에서는 45.5도가 균형을 잡으며 짠 올리브, 후추, 옅은 훈연이 명확하게 드러난다. 스카이 섬 빈티지의 시간이 발전한다. 피니시는 길고 짠 미네랄과 후추의 잔향이 깊게 머문다.

it’s nice-ish, it’s just not very complex, although, could be that they improved the recipe, I’m not too sure. I find less of the straight coconut-and-vanilla elements this time, and more tin, concrete, menthol, camphor and green pepper

the oak feels, there’s a drying bitterness, then salt and lemon peel. I find it tough, and god knows I love the 10yo, which shouldn’t be that older. The oak gets louder (sawdust)
timer 피니시
medium, gritty and drying. Needs polishing. The aftertaste is a little nicer, read more on smoked brine, but that’s a little late
