테이스팅 노트
탈리스커 1979를 캐든헤드가 18년 숙성해 60.8도로 병입한 스카이 섬의 올드 보틀링이다. 노즈에서는 축축한 지하실의 석탄과 시가 재, 그을음이 명확하게 드러나며 단맛 없이 드라이하다. 입에서는 쓴 오렌지와 소금기, 탈리스커 특유의 검은 후추가 또렷하게 발전하며 해안의 짠 기운이 살아 있다. 옛 탈리스커의 광물성과 스모크가 그대로 담겨 있고, 여운은 시가 재와 바닷물의 짠맛으로 이어진다.
