테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 탈리스커 1979의 17년 숙성이 만든 짭조름한 해풍과 후추, 가벼운 훈연이 두드러진다. 61도 캐스크 스트렝스의 알코올과 함께 미네랄이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 강한 도수가 검은 후추와 훈연 베이컨, 짠 미네랄을 펼치며 구조감이 단단하다. 가수를 더하면 마른 풀과 시트러스가 발전한다. 피니시는 후추와 짭조름한 훈연이 길게 이어진다. 캐슬헤드의 영빈티지 탈리스커 정수가 또렷이 깃들어 있다.
