테이스팅 노트
짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에서 깊게 빛난다. 스카이 섬 탈리스커가 1979년 증류돼 15년을 지나 카데나헤드가 63.2도로 담은 원액이다. 코에는 석탄 더미와 시가 재, 그을음과 쌉쌀한 코코아가 메마르게 얽힌다. 뒤이어 옅은 전나무 리큐어와 초석 같은 광물성이 겹친다. 입에서는 쓴맛과 석탄의 결, 비터 오렌지에 탈리스커 특유의 검은 후추와 소금기가 겹친다. 단맛 한 톨 없이 건조한 개성이 높은 도수로 또렷하게 드러난다. 여운은 시가 재와 바닷물, 용담 뿌리의 쌉쌀함이 길게 남는다.
