캐든헤즈가 병입한 탈리스커 1979로, 오래된 석탄과 축축한 셀러 같은 드라이한 노즈가 곧바로 두드러진다. 시가 재와 초석, 그을음 향이 차례로 발전한다. 팰럿은 61.6도에서 쓴맛과 석탄, 비터 오렌지에 탈리스커 특유의 검은 후추가 얽혀 강건하다. 피니시는 다소 짧게 시가 재와 바닷물 같은 뉘앙스가 남는다. 올드 탈리스커의 무게가 짙게 담긴 보틀링이다.
