진한 호박빛이 잔 속 깊이 내려앉는다. 스카이 섬 탈리스커의 1979 빈티지를 케이든헤드가 병입한 이 위스키는 축축한 지하실의 석탄과 시가 재, 그을음과 코코아의 향을 서늘하고 건조하게 피워 올린다. 62.8도의 힘이 입안에서 소금기와 탈리스커 특유의 검은 후추를 예리하게 그린다. 바닷물로 끈 재의 여운이 짧지만 강렬하게 감돌며 옛 시대의 위엄을 남긴다.
