테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 1979 빈티지 탈리스커가 17년의 숙성으로 발전한 짙은 토탄 연기와 짭조름한 바다내음이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 카데헤드의 절제된 보틀링답게 오레가노와 흰 후추 노트가 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿에서는 62.6도의 강한 카스크 스트렝스가 묵직하게 입을 채우고, 그릴드 페퍼와 오일리 시트러스, 짠 미네랄이 균형 있게 발전한다. 피니시는 후추의 톡 쏘는 매운맛과 토탄이 길게 이어진다.
