옅은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 강렬하게 빛난다. 스카이 섬의 탈리스커가 1979년에 증류해 18년을 보낸 이 보틀링은 후추 같은 매운 향과 바다 내음, 옅은 훈연을 거칠게 피워 올린다. 61.1도의 폭발하는 도수가 입안에서 흑후추와 소금기, 보리의 단맛을 강하게 밀어붙인다. 카데나스가 병입한 마무리는 화하게 타오르는 후추와 연기로 길게 이어진다.
