잔 속 옅은 황금빛이 1979년의 아득한 시간을 머금고 잔잔히 잠겨 있다. 탈리스커 특유의 후추와 바다 소금기가 옅은 연기와 함께 코를 먼저 자극한다. 62.8도의 높은 기세는 입안에서 검은 후추와 짭조름한 미네랄, 옅은 훈연을 강렬하게 펼친다. 빈티지 스카이의 야성이 시간에 다듬어졌지만 여전히 힘차고, 여운은 매콤한 후추와 바다내음으로 뜨겁게 길게 남는다.
