옅은 호박빛이 잔 안에 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 1979년 증류되어 14년을 보낸 탈리스커의 카덴헤드 어센틱 컬렉션은 향에서 옅은 잿내와 검은 후추, 마른 해초가 차례로 일어나고 입에서는 훈연된 베이컨과 짠 캐러멜, 검은 후추의 매콤함이 풀바디로 흐른다. 64.3도라는 매우 강한 캐스크 강도가 스카이 섬의 거센 바닷바람을 끝까지 밀어 올리며 후추와 훈연이 길게 머문다.
