옅은 호박빛이 잔 안쪽에서 단단히 빛난다. 1979년 빈티지의 탈리스커를 14년 만에 63.9도의 캐스크 스트렝스로 병입한 이 캐든헤드는 식은 훈제와 굴 껍질, 마른 후추의 향이 깊게 머문다. 입에서는 강한 알코올이 검은 후추와 짭짤한 미네랄, 옅은 해초를 단단한 질감으로 펼친다. 스카이 섬의 거센 해풍이 따스한 단맛 위에 길게 새겨진다.
