테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 탈리스커다운 후추 같은 스파이스와 옅은 피트, 바다소금이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 46도의 팰럿은 둥글며 훈연과 잘 익은 과일, 바닐라, 미네랄이 또렷이 발전한다. 1979년 증류해 19년을 보낸 올드 탈리스커답게 거친 후추향이 시간에 다듬어져 깊이를 더하고, 피니시는 짭조름한 연기와 마른 오크가 길게 이어진다. 케이든헤드가 병입한 이 보틀링은 스카이 섬 몰트의 강건한 개성이 핵심이다.

raw, peaty, almost harsh, pungent, spirity, a little mentholated... Well, its maybe not a whisky for nosing, I wouldn't say it's overly aromatic. Maybe also a little more medicinal than others?

ah yes, now we're talking. It's probably very young but peat and vanilla combine well here and it's got good oomph and zing. At first it's a rather rounder and creamier expression of young Talisker but it kept the spicy and peaty signature (it's actually very peaty). Don't look for a lot of complexity but balance and character are there in abundance
timer 피니시
good length, with a vanilla that's a little more in the front. A feeling of salted caramel
