잔을 천천히 흔들면 버번 캐스크에서 20년을 보낸 맑은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 미끄러진다. 코끝에 가져가면 캠벨타운 특유의 옅은 소금기와 바닐라, 마른 과일향이 어우러져 올라온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 50도의 단단한 질감 위로 보리 단맛과 가벼운 그을음이 번진다. 삼킨 뒤에는 스프링뱅크 특유의 기름지고 짭조름한 여운이 또렷이 남아 길게 이어진다.
