테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 탈리스커 44년이 마린 차드 캐스크에서 빚어낸 짭조름한 미네랄과 깊은 훈제 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 포레스트 오브 더 딥 한정판답게 옅은 해초와 광택 나는 가죽 노트가 뒤이어 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿에서는 49.1도가 입천장을 천천히 덮으며 짭짤한 피트, 잘 익은 자두, 까만 후추가 단단한 구조감으로 발전한다. 피니시는 짙은 훈제와 광택 나는 오크가 길게 이어지며 장기 숙성 탈리스커의 결이 또렷이 깃든다.

we find a richer, fruitier profile, almost reminiscent of salted butter caramel, with a faint note of mango and, above all, plenty of quince, which pairs beautifully with some lightly peppered whelks and razor clams for the maritime side of things. the bitterness comes through, and it’s a lovely kind of bitterness, only very slightly drying. A touch of lemon zest lifts the aftertaste quite nicely
