노즈에서는 짭조름한 바다 내음과 옅은 토탄 연기, 흑후추가 먼저 두드러진다. 25년을 숙성한 탈리스커 보틀링으로, 스카이 섬 증류소 특유의 해양적이고 알싸한 캐릭터가 명확하게 드러난다. 입에서는 훈제 향과 후추, 몰트 단맛이 단단하게 발전한다. 45.8도의 도수가 둥글면서도 구조감을 받친다. 피니시는 후추와 소금기, 옅은 연기가 길고 깊게 남는다.
