오크 펀천에서 25년을 보낸 시간이 탈리스커 특유의 후추 같은 해풍을 더욱 정교하게 다듬었다. 옅은 장작 연기 위로 바다 소금과 잘 익은 과일, 후추 향이 코끝에서 어우러진다. 한 모금은 56.3도의 힘이 짭조름한 훈연과 후추, 보리 단맛으로 입을 채운다. 스카이 섬의 거친 바다가 옅은 금빛 잔에 담겨, 여운은 매콤한 연기와 미네랄로 길게 이어진다.
