테이스팅 노트
옅은 황금빛이 잔에 또렷이 비친다. 1991년 빈티지의 탈리스커 27년 캐스크 오브 디스팅션은 스카이 섬 증류소가 빚어낸 단단한 결을 담고 있다. 코에는 옅은 토탄 연기와 짠 미네랄, 흑후추가 깊게 머문다. 입에서는 58.3도의 도수가 잘 익은 사과와 옅은 훈연, 후추의 매콤함을 빽빽하게 받쳐준다. 탈리스커 특유의 화한 끝맛이 마지막까지 또렷이 이어진다.

wood mangos, if you see what I mean. Plus bananas, papayas and once more, touches of mezcal, with the peppery and smoky coastalness rather in the background. I find this smart kind of set-up on a fairly older peater extremely attractive. With water: embrocations, cough syrup, passion fruit… Aren't we on Islay?

let's be honest, this worked a treat. Everything's extremely good, tropical, smoky, mango-y indeed, with a camphory and coastal peat that's very well integrated. Really feels like a whole and not like the sum of several parts, while it would sometimes remind you of early-to-mid 70s Bowmore. Lovely mentholated waxiness too

rather long, with some elegant pepper kicking in. Exceptional aftertaste that would even remind us of Islay in the 1960s
