테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 탈리스커 1988 31년의 가벼운 짠 훈연과 잘 익은 시트러스가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 31년 리필 아메리칸 오크 숙성이 빚어낸 옅은 흰 후추와 마른 풀잎, 가벼운 꿀이 뒤따라 명확하게 발전한다. 팰럿은 51.4도의 균형 잡힌 무게로 입을 채우며 토피와 마른 시나몬, 검은 후추, 잘 익은 사과가 단단한 구조감을 잡는다. 스카이 섬 풍토가 만든 깊이와 프리마 앤 울티마 시리즈 보틀링의 정교함이 또렷이 드러난다. 피니시는 길고 짠 미네랄과 마른 오크가 깊게 머문다.
