테이스팅 노트
잔을 천천히 돌리면 34년을 보낸 탈리스커 1987의 깊은 금빛이 유리 벽에 어린다. 코끝에 가져가면 수지와 전나무 꿀, 마멀레이드와 마지팬의 향이 오크의 영향을 받아 묵직하게 열린다. 한 모금을 오래 머금으면 48.4도의 크리미한 질감 위로 훈연 향신료와 시트러스, 생강과 코코아가 번진다. 삼킨 뒤 후추와 바다 내음이 살아나며 노장 아일랜드 몰트의 여운이 길게 맴돈다.
