테이스팅 노트
스카이 섬 카본 항구의 거센 바닷바람과 화산암 해안이 탈리스커의 캐릭터를 처음부터 끝까지 관통한다. 잔에는 깊은 호박빛이 단단히 머문다. 새로 그을린 아메리칸 오크에서 35년을 보낸 시간이 잿빛 피트와 짠 미네랄의 향을 먼저 코끝에 보낸다. 입에서는 후추와 훈제 베이컨이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 48.1도의 도수가 노숙주의 결을 받치고 여운에는 짠 바람과 후추가 길게 이어진다.
