리필 버번 캐스크가 20년의 시간을 견디며 만든 결과가 향과 입에서 또렷이 드러난다. 디아지오 스페셜 릴리스 2003으로 풀린 탈리스커 1982는 58.8도의 카스크 스트렝스로 스카이 섬 본연의 후추 톤을 곱게 풀어낸다. 향은 옅은 피트 스모크와 짭조름한 갯바람, 마른 풀. 입에서는 백후추와 훈제 견과, 가벼운 시트러스가 풀바디 질감으로 입천장을 천천히 덮는다. 스카이 섬 특유의 매운 여운이 깊게 머문다.
