향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 1979년 빈티지 탈리스커 특유의 농축된 해풍 미네랄과 옅은 피트 스모크, 검은 후추 노트가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 리필 아메리칸 오크 호그스헤드의 42년 숙성이 명확하게 드러나며 49 도수의 알코올이 향의 농도를 안정적으로 받쳐준다. 팰럿에서는 따뜻한 후추, 가벼운 짠기, 잘 정돈된 곡물이 순차적으로 발전하고 스카이 섬 탈리스커 70년대 빈티지 특유의 직선적인 미네랄 구조감이 균형이 단단하다. 리필 호그스헤드의 가벼운 우드 영향이 곡물의 직선적 캐릭터를 살린다. 아일랜즈 캐릭터의 옅은 미네랄과 헤더 톤이 분석 포인트로 분명하다.
