짙은 호박빛이 잔 깊숙이 잠긴다. 스카이 섬 탈리스커가 1979년 빈티지로부터 41년 동안 네 개의 리필 아메리칸 오크 호그스헤드에서 보낸 시간이 짠 바닷바람과 그릴드 레몬, 흰 후추로 코를 끌어당긴다. 47.5도의 도수가 입안에서 캐러멜과 옅은 피트, 짭조름한 미네랄을 단단하게 펼친다. 프리마 앤 울티마가 들려주는 정갈한 노숙의 깊이가 길게 머문다.
