스카이 섬 카르보스트의 거센 대서양 바람과 절벽 풍경이 탈리스커 풍토의 핵심이다. 1973년 빈티지가 28년을 거쳐 43.3도로 2001년 오드빈스 한정으로 담겼다. 짙은 호박빛이 잔에 가득하다. 코에는 옅은 피트, 짠 미역, 흑후추, 가죽이 또렷하다. 입안은 묵직하게 흐르며 모닥불의 잿내, 흑후추, 오렌지 껍질, 미네랄이 또렷하다. 여운에는 스카이 섬 절벽의 거센 잔향이 깊게 머문다.
